Nordsee Offshore MEG is the project company of insolvent German developer Windreich.
"Deme will participate in the further development of the wind farm until financial close," the Zwijndrecht-based company said.
"Afterwards, Deme will be involved in the construction and maintenance of the wind farm, and its long-term funding."
MEG 1 for long has been one of the most coveted projects of insolvent Windreich.
