The Screggagh wind farm has been taken offline until the investigation process is completed.
The remaining seven 2.5MW Nordex N80 turbines at the 20MW development near Fintona were shut down after the incident on Friday.
The director of Screggagh, Doreen Walker, said the wind farm "will remain closed until an investigation confirms they are safe to operate".
