Sinovel – China’s second-largest turbine maker – reveals today that it signed an agreement with power company Bereket at the end of 2011 to supply two 54MW wind farms in Turkey.
The turbines were shipped in mid-April and are expected to arrive at the end of this month. Connection to the grid is scheduled for the end of 2012.
The deal was struck before an agreement signed with another Turkish developer, Agaoglu Group, in Beijing last month to supply 600MW of wind projects.
