Santa Mônica is currently under construction in the northeastern state of Ceará. It is made up of the wind farms of 29.7MW Estrela, the 18.9MW Cacimbas, the 18.9MW Santa Mônica and the 29.7MW Ouro Verde.
Alstom will supply 36, ECO 122, 2.7MW turbines and the power from the complex will be sold in the non-regulated market. Total investment is estimated at R$460m ($185m)
